Lymm Radio to save Christmas carolling event for thousands of people by making it virtual

Lymm Radio celebrated its official launch in September 2020 but began broadcasting online in March ahead of the Government announcing the first nationwide lockdown
Roads into the village are shut and people arrive early to secure the best view
Carollers are encouraged to dress in festive attire for the event
In discussion with South Warrington MP Andy Carter, who recognised the community spirit of Lymm which will help make this virtual event a success
Lymm Town Crier Peter Powell has been running the ‘Carols at the Cross’ event for over 25 years
